Security Overview

Control who can access your Denser chatbot and how it's reached programmatically.

Security covers two things: who can access your chatbot and how it's reached through the API. Set the right access mode for your deployment, and manage the keys that grant programmatic access.

What you can do

Visibility

Set the access mode to Public or Private. Public is required before embedding a website chatbot; Private limits access to your workspace.

API keys

Generate, enable, disable, and manage keys for accessing the chatbot through the REST API.
